Our Heart & Vascular Center of Jefferson opened in February of 2007 with the goal of improving access to cardiovascular care for the citizens of the Eastern Panhandle. Dr. Jim Warner and Dr. Trisha Nashed are seeing new and established patients on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For appointments, please call 304-724-4070 or toll free 866-899-2619.


At this location we also provide several imaging studies to include: Echocardiogram, Carotid Duplex Doppler, Renal Artery Duplex Doppler, Lower Extremity Arterial Duplex Doppler, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) Screening.
